Billing Terms and Conditions :
1. Billing Cycle: BaumbergerDesign operates on a monthly billing cycle. Invoices will be issued at the end of each billing period for services during that month.
2. Payment Terms: Payment is due in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the invoice.
3. Late Payments: In the event payment is not received within the 30-day period, BaumbergerDesign reserves the right to charge a late fee of 5% on any overdue amounts until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
4. Continued Services: The issuance of an invoice does not imply the completion of the project. BaumbergerDesign will continue to provide services as necessary, and additional invoices may be issued in subsequent billing periods.
5. Non-Payment: Failure to remit payment within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of services, at BaumbergerDesign's sole discretion.
6. Disputes: Any disputes regarding an invoice must be communicated in writing within five (5) days of receipt. Failure to notify BaumbergerDesign of any dispute within this period will be deemed as acceptance of the invoice.
Design Scope and Client Responsibilities :
1. Client Review and Approval: The client must review all drawings, material lists, and models provided by BaumbergerDesign upon receipt. It is the client's responsibility to report any changes or corrections. If BaumbergerDesign does not receive feedback, the deliverables will be considered approved. BaumbergerDesign will not be liable for any errors or omissions.
2. Guides and Regulations: It is the client’s responsibility to provide all specific guides and regulations applicable to the project. If BaumbergerDesign does not receive such information or instructions from the client, BaumbergerDesign will proceed using the Events Green Guide as the default standard.
3. Design Services Only: BaumbergerDesign provides design services exclusively and does not offer structural calculations due to varying regulations across jurisdictions. If structural calculations are required, the client is responsible for engaging a licensed local structural engineer. BaumbergerDesign may assist in facilitating communication with the chosen engineer but holds no responsibility for the accuracy or adequacy of the structural calculations provided.
By engaging BaumbergerDesign's services, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
